Refund Policy - CSEN shop

• Digital perks are delivered immediately. At checkout you tick a box asking for immediate delivery and confirming you lose the EU 14-day right of withdrawal once the perk is delivered. A delivered purchase is therefore not refundable on request; see the next points for when we do refund.
• Not delivered or broken. If a perk never activated, or a server issue on our side made it unusable, we fix it or refund it. Contact [email protected] with your order number and SteamID.
• Subscriptions. Cancel any time on My purchases (my.csen.lt/shop/mine). You keep the perk until the paid period ends. Partial periods are not refunded unless the law requires it.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. A refund removes what the purchase delivered (including every part of a bundle).
• Chargebacks. Please contact us first. A chargeback or dispute removes the purchase immediately and may block future purchases.
• Bans. Perks are not refunded when an account is banned for breaking the rules.
