Privacy Policy

What we collect, and why

• SteamID64, Steam display name and avatar - from Steam sign-in, joining a server. Why: running your profile, stats, perks, bans (contract / legitimate interest). Kept: while your profile exists.
• Game stats and progression (perk XP, kills, playtime, prestige, characters, items) - from the game servers. Why: the game features you use (contract). Kept: while your profile exists, per-day stats history 30 days.
• Groups, grants and bans - from staff actions, purchases. Why: permissions and moderation (legitimate interest). Kept: while active, plus the moderation record.
• Chat and server logs - from the game servers. Why: moderation and debugging (legitimate interest). Kept: short term - log files are rotated and deleted automatically.
• IP address - from web requests (via Cloudflare), launcher connections. Why: security, rate limits, abuse prevention (legitimate interest). Kept: short term, in rotated web and connection logs.
• Orders: SteamID or, for guest gifts, your email and the sender name you typed; product, amount, country - from the shop. Why: delivering purchases, tax records (contract / legal obligation). Kept: as long as tax law requires.
• Payment details - you enter them on Stripe's page. Why: payment (contract). Kept: held by Stripe, never by us.
• Session cookie (csen_session) - from signing in on csen.lt. Why: keeping you signed in (strictly necessary). Kept: up to 7 days.

We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers.

Who else processes it

• Stripe (payments) - Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment data you give them.
• Valve / Steam (sign-in, your public Steam profile).
• Cloudflare (DNS, security proxy for our websites).
• Our hosting providers in the EU (Hostinger, OVH).
• Discord, if you use our Discord server (their policy applies).

Backups

Databases are backed up nightly and kept up to 30 days, including an off-site copy. A deletion reaches the backups as they age out.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your profile and stats, or object to processing, by writing to [email protected] from or about your SteamID. We answer within one month. Records we must keep by law (paid orders) are kept even after deletion. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our servers follow the age ratings of the games. The shop is for adults or with a parent's permission.
