KFEra update v2.20 - Commando ammo + Better starting ammo

COMMANDO AMMO BONUS

• Every Commando rifle now gets the full perk bonus, +25% ammo at level 0 plus 5% per level (up to +375% at level 70). There was a bug from the very beginning (coming from the source) where Commando weapons didn't get the ammo scaling.

STARTING AMMO

• Your perk's starting weapon now spawns with at least 20% of its max ammo, rising (+0.285%/L) to 40% at level 70

PERK BONUS STAT TEXT UPDATE

• Perk bonuses in the trader and perk panel now show one decimal when the value is not a whole number (69.7% instead of 69%).
