KFEra update v2.11 - Sharpshooter rework

SHARPSHOOTER - EVERY PERKED WEAPON SCALES NOW

• Reload speed now grows +1.5% per level on every perked weapon, not just the pistols and M14/Musket
• Crossbow and M99 "load" faster with level too, +1.5% per level - at level 70 they fire about twice as often as at level 0
• Recoil reduction is now a per-level bonus instead of a flat skill: -1% recoil per level, up to -70% at level 70

SCREENS

• The perk info panel (ESC menu, trader and profile) is now plain white text in a smaller font - less colour, more room
• Badges (e.g. Supporter) moved off your name into their own Group column on the scoreboard
