7D2DEra - mods and how to join

How to set up your game for the 7D2DEra Undead Legacy server. Your game must run the same versions as the server, or you get disconnected right after joining.

1. Game version

• In Steam: 7 Days to Die -> Properties -> Betas -> pick v2.6
• Easy Anti-Cheat must be OFF: launch 7DaysToDie.exe directly, not the EAC launcher

2. Mods to install on your PC

• Undead Legacy 2.7.40 - ul.subquake.com/download - extract Part 1 and Part 2 (the contents of the wrapping folder) into the game folder
• Smart Network - Nexus Mods - extract into the game folder
• Action Skill Tracker - Nexus Mods - extract into Mods\
• Color UI - Nexus Mods - extract into Mods\

3. Join

• Join a Game -> find CSE Network | 7D2DEra in the server list, or Connect to IP eu-ul-7d2d.csen.lt port 30100 (or via CSEN Launcher)

Linux / Proton

• Steam Launch Options: WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winhttp=n,b" %command% - without it the mods never load (stuck window, overlapping menu text)
